HOW TO USE THIS TOOL
- Type what overwhelms you. Then click "ADD" to create a list.
- After that, sort your list between things you can take action on, and those you can't.
- Then delete the things you can't do anything about, removing them from your mind.
- Finally, make a task list for the things you can do. Then you only have to focus on moving forward.

HOW TO USE THIS TOOL
- When you can see what's bothering you clearly, it loses power over you. First, type all your negative thoughts. Let rip. Get it all down on paper.
- They could be fears, loneliness, anger or sadness. Anything that you are struggling to let go of.
- Finally, dissolve those negative thoughts and let go as they fade into nothing. Breathe out as you do so. Realise they can't hurt you.
- Remember, your negative thoughts don't define you. You don't have to act upon them. They are not always coming from you. Let go, and fine resilience in doing so.
